In cooperation with engineers – experts in particular fields, we verify and compare technical parameters of buildings and offered premises, check valuation of costs of arrangement works, support in negotiations regarding “technical” provisions in lease agreements.

The participation of an architect is advisable both at the stage of analyzing and evaluating the space plans of office or warehouse and production premises being considered for lease or purchase, and after the property has been selected – in order to optimally arrange the space.
