At a glance...

Renavis was established in August 2024 and provides consulting and brokerage services for commercial real estate in Lodz and the surrounding areas. The company’s name is an acronym for Real Estate Navis (“Navis” – Latin for “Łódź”).

We deal with various types of non-residential properties: office, warehouse, manufacturing, retail and investment properties.

We advise and assist in the lease, sale/purchase of commercial real estate for both real estate users looking for a location and place for their business, as well as owners looking to rent or sell a property.

Marcin Włodarczyk - founder and chief customer advisor

The founder and owner of Renavis is Marcin Włodarczyk, a licensed real estate agent with over 20 years of experience in the commercial market, holder of the CCIM title. From 2015 to 2024, he headed the Łódź branch of Colliers Poland. He served more than 60 companies in more than 100 transactions, where he personally led or supervised lease projects totaling more than 120,000 sq.m. of space. He has worked with the largest and most important companies in the modern business services sector in Łódź (BPO, SSC, ITO, RD).

Between 2006 and 2013, he headed the Department of Investor Services at the Łódź Special Economic Zone and, as responsible for the purchase and sale of real estate, carried out dozens of transactions for the purchase and sale of industrial real estate – investment land with a total area of more than 40 hectares, located throughout the province of Łódź.

He serves clients in Polish, English and French. In 2005, he completed postgraduate studies in “Real estate brokerage” at the Faculty of Law of Warsaw University and defended his thesis on the ethical principles of the real estate agent profession. In 2005, he obtained broker’s license No. 9281.
